The last day of the 2022 Royal Ascot meeting will live long in the memory of followers of Andrew Blair White’s tips on the WhichBookie website.
The opening four days of the hugely popular annual Festival had proven reasonably successful for Andrew as Magical Lagoon 2/1 and Changing Of The Guards 15/8 proved solid winners to go alongside places for Whoputfiftyinyou, Monataasib and Discoveries.
However the Saturday Ascot selections and the regular Lucky15 tip in particular were to reach a different level altogether as Andrew acknowledged when posting on Twitter “Shooting for the stars again with a massive priced Lucky15 from the Royal meeting”
The Lucky15 Andrew selected is shown below and as you can see the cumulative odds for the 4 Horse Acca were 21936/1 !
The 1st selection A Case Of You was a loser but then Rohaan advised at 14/1 in the morning (SP 18/1) won the Wokingham Handicap 5.00 Ascot under an inspired ride from Ryan Moore.
In the following race the Golden Gate Stakes, Missed The Cut was a comfortable winner having been put up at odds of 11/4 in the morning and duly did the business.
The last race of the royal meeting was the Queen Alexandra Stakes at 6.10 over an epic two miles and five furlongs.
Stratum trained in Ireland by Willie Mullins was attempting to win the race for the second year running and despite looking out of it with two furlongs to race William Buick gave the horse a superb ride and got his head in front just before the winning post appeared.
So by tipping correctly the final three winners of the Royal Ascot meeting in a little over an hour with odds of 14/1, 11/4 and 14/1 Andrew Blair White gave WhichBookie readers an 842/1 Win Treble and of course a huge profit of £1242.75 on a £1 each way Lucky15 bet !
Regular punters could also have benefitted further as the bet was advised with bookmaker Bet365 who generally would pay best odds guaranteed on selections where the starting price (SP) of the winner was higher than the price taken and this was the case with Rohaan where the SP was 18/1 and in this instance the total profit on the Lucky15 bet would have been a whopping £1556 .
As well as tipping these three winners in his daily Lucky15 Andrew also advised individual bets on Rohaan at 14/1 and Missed The Cut at 11/4 in his daily tips column.
So well done Andrew Blair White and all readers who regularly follow the column and keep up the good work.
