The Nifty Fifty is a 50 ball lotto game which is unique to Betfred. Players simply need to place their bets on the Betfred website and wait for the live draw to see if their selected numbers are drawn.
Players have the option of correctly matching one to five numbers from each draw. There is also the option to bet on the six-ball draw without the bonus ball or the seven-ball draw which includes the bonus ball. Betting on the seven-ball draw increases your chances of winning but you will receive slightly lower odds compared to the six-ball draw.
As mentioned, players can bet on 1 to 5 numbers at fixed odds. If you are placing a single straight up bet, all of your numbers must be drawn for you to win your bet and so the more numbers you bet on, the greater the odds.

There is also the option to place multiples on The Nifty Fifty. These include Doubles, Trebles, Lucky 15, Patent, Trixie, Yankee, Canadian and Lucky 31. When placing these type of bets, you can select up to 8 numbers. For example, if you selected 6 numbers and wanted to place doubles, there would be 15 different combinations. Therefore, your stake would be multiplied by 15 as you are essentially placing 15 different bets. Similarly, if you wished to place trebles with 6 numbers, there would be 20 different combinations and so your stake would be multiplied by 20.
