With almost 30 different sports available to bet on at 12Bet, there is a reasonable choice for punters. Football is the main focus at 12Bet which isn’t surprising given that the brand has sponsored some of the biggest football clubs from the worlds top leagues. However, there is a range of other sports available such as tennis, darts, basketball, rugby and cricket as well as less popular sports such as surfing, cycling, bandy and volleyball.

12Bet also cover Esport events taking place around the world in different league and competitions with Counter Strike: Go, Dota 2, Rocket League Championship Series, Rainbow Six and more all covered.

The number of betting markets available for the majority of sports is satisfactory with the most popular sports such as football having the most. Unfortunately, the odds offered by 12Bet are quite poor when compared to other bookmakers such as Bet365 and Betfred which is disappointing.

Horse Racing

One area which 12Bet disappoints in is the lack of horse racing. 12Bet currently do not cover any horse races taking place around the world which will no doubt cause many potential UK customers to look elsewhere.

Many UK punters enjoy betting on horse racing whether it be daily races or annual events such as the Grand National or the Cheltenham Festival. Unfortunately, you’re unable to do this at 12Bet and so if you wish to bet on racing, we recommend betting with bookmakers which accommodate this with some options being  Virginbet, Betfred, Paddy Power and Bet365.

In-Play Betting

In-play betting is, as your would expect, available at 12Bet and all live events can be found in the Live Betting section. Here, you’ll find a list of all in-play events as well as a live schedule for the next seven days. If you wish to find out the result of a past event, 12Bet provide a results section which contains a database of thousands of sporting event results over the previous week.

Similar to 12Bet’s pre-match odds, their in-play odds to not match those of the bigger bookies. Upon comparing several live events, we found 12Bet’s odds to be short on several occasions. If you are looking for excellent value in-play odds on a regular basis, we recommend Bet365 or Betfair.

There are in-play statistics available for most live events which are available to bet on at 12Bet as well as a live Match Tracker, both of which can be helpful in deciding which bets to place on live events when you’re unable to watch the event live.

Live Streaming

12Bet does not currently offer live streaming of any sports. Some bookmakers such as Bet365 provide live streams of thousands of sporting events throughout the year with football, horse racing, basketball, table tennis, cricket and other sports all covered.

Customer Service

If you need to get in touch with the support team at 12Bet, you’re options are either email or live chat. The live chat feature was unavailable at the time of writing this review and a notice states it will be until further notice and so sadly email support was the only available option.

However, emails are usually replied to within 24 hours which is acceptable.

12Bet App

The vast majority of online bookmakers now offer free mobile apps to allow customers to access their accounts and bet on the move with ease. Unfortunately, 12Bet are behind the times in this department as no betting app is available for either iOS or Android devices. We find this very surprising given how the popularity of mobile betting has increased in recent years.

Despite the lack of a dedicated betting app, 12Bet customers can still bet via their mobile phone or tablet by accessing the 12Bet website through a mobile browser. Although this method isn’t as efficient as using a mobile app, the results are generally the same.

The 12Bet mobile website is relatively good and allows customers to place bets, make deposit & withdrawals, play casino games and everything else which you can do via the desktop website.

12Bet Casino

Customers who enjoy playing casino games along with placing sports bets can do so at the 12Bet Casino. However, there is a disappointing range of games available with a relatively poor selection of slots and what seems like an absence of popular table and card games such as roulette and blackjack.

If you play casino games regularly then there are much better bookmakers to bet with. Betting sites such as Betfair and BetitOn have an excellent selection of casino games including hundreds of online slots, table games and more.

12Bet Live Casino

Although their general casino game selection is poor, it’s good to see a selection of live casino games available to 12Bet customers. Popular live games such as Monopoly Live, Lightning Roulette and Dream Catcher can be played along with a range of other live games with real-life dealers and croupiers such as live roulette, bacarrat, blackjack and various versions of casino poker.

Banking

Banking options at 12Bet include Visa, Mastercard, Skrill and Neteller which is an acceptable offering.

Withdrawals to bank accounts take on average 3-5 days with withdrawals to Neteller and Skrill wallets usually reaching accounts within 24 hours.

Summary

12Bet have been online for over 13 years and so have managed to hold their own in a competitive market. However, we see no solid reason to bet with 12Bet over some of our more recommended bookmakers who offer a lot more in terms of value odds, betting markets, available sports, betting offers and customer support.
