You’ll notice that we have included horse racing in the list of sports which are available to bet on at BetDukes. However, races are limited to those taking place in the USA only. Unfortunately, races from the UK, Ireland and other parts of the world are not available at BetDukes.

In-Play Betting

The in-play betting features are excellent at BetDukes. As well as covering thousands of live events taking place around the world every week, there are some nice in-play tools which can come in handy.

If you want to view a list of upcoming sporting events which you can bet on at BetDukes, you can do so using the Live Calendar which displays events which are due to take place in the 7 days ahead. Similarly, if you wish to view the outcome of a past sporting event, the Results section contains a huge database of events along with the end result. The listings date back several months and it’s a great tool to analyse team/player form or recent head-to-head results.

Perhaps the most useful in-play betting feature at BetDukes is the Live Multiview. This tool allows you to mark selected live events and add them all to the multiview page. From here, you can monitor all selected events on one page rather than having to keep multiple tabs open.

Live Streaming

BetDukes does not currently offer live streaming on any sporting events. We recommend Bet365 if you wish to stream sporting events and all upcoming events with available streams can be found on our live sports streaming page.

Although live streaming is not available at BetDukes, there are in-play stats provided for the majority of sporting events as well as a live Match Tracker to view what is happening in the event.

Customer Service

Clicking on the ‘Support’ link at the top of the BetDukes website will display all of the available options for getting in touch with the support team. Currently, BetDukes offers support via both email and live chat. Emails can be sent using the on-site contact form and response time is generally very good.

Support is available 24/7 at BetDukes which is excellent to see.

BetDukes App

Unfortunately, a BetDukes app is not currently available. However, customers can still bet with BetDukes via mobile devices using the BetDukes website which is fully optimised for both smartphones and tablets. Using the BetDukes mobile website, you’ll be able to place bets, access your account information, deposit & withdraw, cash out and everything else which you can do on the desktop website.
