NE-Bet
NE-Bet is an online betting site that has been around for several years now but may not be on the radar of most punters. It’s a privately-owned brand but is operated by Star Racing Ltd which is the company behind the popular bookmaker, StarSports.
Similar to StarSports, along with bookmakers such as AKBETS, NRG Bet, PricedUp, and others, NE-Bet uses the Playbook betting platform which allows customers to bet on dozens of sports and choose from hundreds of slots and casino games.
In our NE-Bet review, we’ll be showing you what this bookie has has to offer in terms of available betting options, banking methods, and casino games, and determining whether or not we recommend betting with them.
Unfortunately, there isn’t currently a NE-Bet sign up offer available. In fact, there is an obvious lack of promotions in general. Some Playbook betting sites have several top promotions available, some of which include Best odds Guaranteed, Extra Places, Lucky 15 Bonuses, and Price Boosts. However, non of those are available with NE-Bet, who have chosen to focus on a simple betting platform without the distractions of betting offers. This will appeal to some, and not to others, but it would be nice to see some sort of incentive to give this bookmaker a try.
There’s a good range of sports to bet on with NE-Bet, as there is at all bookmakers that use the Playbook platform. Football is of course available, along with Horse Racing, Greyhounds, Boxing, Cricket, Rugby, Snooker, Tennis and several others.
There isn’t a shortage of markets either. There are hundreds of betting options for football matches, including the option of Bet Builders. Horse Racing multiple are available, including Lucky 15s, Canadian’s, Heinz’s, and other bet types.
In terms of odds, NE-Bet holds up extremely well against some of the bigger bookies. We found their prices on Horse Racing, Football, and other sports, to be extremely competitive and so we have no concerns about value when betting with NE-Bet.

Horse racing is available to bet on with NE-Bet. However, coverage is limited to races taking place in the UK & Ireland. Some other Playbook betting sites offer betting on International horse racing but that’s not the case here at NE-Bet.
Although the majority of racing punters will be satisfied with the limited coverage, the absence of popular horse racing promotions such as Best Odds Guaranteed, Extra Places and Lucky 15 Bonuses, which are available with many other bookmakers, may put some off.
Live streaming is another feature that is not available to NE-Bet users. If you like to stream sports via your bookmaker accounts, we strongly recommend Bet365 who offer what is considered the best bookmaker live streaming service online.

One area with NE Bet that we are impressed with, is their app. The NE-Bet app can be download for free from the app stores and gives users access to their accounts, all betting options, along with the option to play casino games via their mobile devices.

NE-Bet is a no-frills betting site that may appeal to those who are not interested in betting offers, free bets, and enhanced promotions. The selection of sports is very good, and we really like the NE-Bet app which is extremely useful to users.
