Sports & Betting Markets

Over 40 different sports are available to bet on at RedAxe Play which is a more than acceptable number. If you look at the table below, you’ll be pushed to think of a sport that isn’t listed. However, upon further inspection, the bookmaker only covers Horse Races taking place in the US which rules out all races within the UK, Ireland and elsewhere. This of course will disappoint potential customers who are looking to bet on racing but if you’re not, then the selection of available sports is excellent.

On the landing page of the sports section it’s evident that football is the main priority. That’s not to say that the bookie lacks with their coverage of other sports as they most certainly don’t, with the exception of horse racing, but football matches and markets pre-populate the areas of the sportsbook with matches available to bet on from leagues and competitions all around the world.

As you will find at all bookmakers operated by Progress Play, there are a huge number of betting markets available for most sports and events, especially football. For Premier league matches, you can expect in excess of 500 different betting options and although the likes of Bet Builders and Fast markets are absent, there is still a lot to choose from.

Odds at RedAxePlay are reasonably good. When reviewing new bookmakers we always compare the prices on offer to several of the bigger bookies to get an understanding of the value that they offer. In-Play Betting

Log into your RedAxePlay account at any time or the day or night and you’ll likely find a large number of live events available to bet on.

All in-play sporting events can be found by clicking on the ‘Live’ tab and within this section, there are various live betting tools that you will be accustomed to if you have used Progress Play sites for betting before.

The Dashboard section lists all live events which are categorised via sport. This makes it extremely easy to find the event that you want to bet on in-play whether it be on football, cricket, basketball, tennis or even on live E-Sport matches.

Below are some of the useful betting tools available for when betting in-play.

Live Multiview

The Live Multiview feature is an excellent tool for following multiple live events all in the same place. Click on the Multiview tab and you’ll be able to browse all currently live events in the sidebar. You can then drag and drop selected events into the main Multiview section which will create several small windows, each displaying your chosen events.

This feature allows you to monitor scores, odds, in-play statistics along with placing bets quickly on multiple events without the need to navigate between external windows or tabs. It’s the perfect betting tool for anyone betting in-play on more than one event and a great feature to see at Red Axe Play.

Calendar & Results

If you like to plan ahead with your betting, RedAxePlay provides a 7-day calendar that lists all upcoming events. Users are able to filter and sort the huge list by sport and date which makes it easy to find what you’re looking for and add them to your list of potential betting opportunities.

There is also a database of results available which is particularly impressive. You’ll be able to find result of pretty much any sporting event with a quick search on Google but this is a useful tool to have within your bookmaker account. Search by Sport, Competition, Date or Team/Player name and you’ll be able to view all their past results along with data on which betting markets came in. Live Streaming

No live streaming is available currently at RedAxePlay. However, in-play stats are available for many of the live events which can be accessed on the individual betting pages.

An app for Red Axe Play had not yet been released and given that no other Progress Play betting site has one, we aren’t expecting to see one any time soon.

If you wish to bet using your mobile, you can do so by visiting the website in a mobile browser. Thankfully, the website is optimised for both desktop and mobile and works perfectly across all devices.

Summary

RedAxePlay is a new betting site and one that doesn’t really differ from any of the other Progress Play sites such as BetStorm, King J and Tebwin. However, that’s not to say we don’t recommend them as there is a lot to like.

The in-play betting features are excellent and we were pleasantly surprised at the standard of odds. We would like to see more sports betting offers available to existing customers on a regular basis, a mobile app and of course, the inclusion of UK & Irish horse racing markets.
