An impressive feature that has been made available to customers is the addition of a BetAnsells app. Most betting site apps are linked to online accounts but this app is for the use of in-shop customers. Using the BetAnsells app, customers are able to keep track of bets placed in-shop and allows them to store their betting tickets in the app. They are then able to track their bets live and cash them out in-play should they wish to. Betting tickets can then be transferred back to BetAnsells betting shop terminal machines with the winnings being able to be collected in cash in any of their shops.
With launching a new website, BetAnsells will need to compete with the likes of Bet365, William Hill, Betfred, Unibet and other established bookies that offer top prices. When comparing the odds that BetAnsell offer for sports such as Football and Horse Racing, they do fall a little short in this department. Although we did find some selections in which BetAnsell were offering bigger prices than some of the mainstream betting brands, generally, their odds were shorter in most cases. That said, BetAnsells odds aren’t short enough to cause concern and so if you are looking to bet with an independent bookmaker over some of the bigger betting sites, they can be an appealing choice. They also offer a price match guarantee for bets placed in-shop (see below for details).

BetAnsells will return £50 of any net loss of between £1,000 and £1,500 and £100 of any net customer loss of £1501.00 or greater in any calendar month.
Net losses are calculated as Stakes minus Winnings and rebates are credited on the 3rd day of each month.
Customers must have 5 or more settled bets on their accounts throughout the month to qualify.
BetAnsells offers Best Odds Guaranteed on all UK & Irish horse races between the hours of 11am – 2pn. BOG applies to bets placed at BetAnsells Early Prices 7 to Show Prices on UK & Irish Racing on the day of the event with a max stake of £250 Win or £100 EW and maximum extra payout of £5,000 per day, per customer.
As mentioned above, BetAnsells online prices fell a little short when compared to some of the bigger bookies. However, they will match prices offered by William Hill, Ladbrokes, Corals, Betfred and Paddy Power for bets placed with a stake of £5 or more.
The Price Match Guarantee is only available in-shop and must be requested by the customer and stated on the betslip when placing over-the-counter bets.
BetAnsells will also pay out on disqualified winners as well as the new winner in any UK or Irish horse race. Max stakes apply to this promotion.
